On our final day of CIDERGANZA, we host Hancocks Meadow Farm in the Yew Tree Kitchen to serve another incredible Easter Sunday lunch meal. This year they will serve pulled shawarma spiced hoggett with wild garlic, Roasted beetroot salad with whipped feta and saffron-candied orange, Hommous and Loughpool bread. The feta comes from their own ewes and the lambs grazed in Broome Farm orchards. As a veggie option, they will be serving herb falafel and miso grilled aubergine instead of the hogget. Served for lunch in the pub the Yew Tree Inn, Peterstow, HR9 6JZ. Tickets can be refunded up to 24 hours prior to the event.
