A comfortable and welcoming stay in our historic B&B with fabulous hearty breakfast.
Our comfortable B&B is rural, friendly and set within the Broome Farm orchards. Hilary is a generous and welcoming host with a big heart! We have two beautiful accomodations adjacent to the farmhouse with their own private entrances: The Cider Mill with its oak beams and a super-spacious bathroom, and The Orchard Suite with a small sitting room and kitchenette.
Broome Farm Orchard Camping
A picturesque and relaxing stay amongst our apple and pear trees.
Our family friendly campsite is open through the summer months. Pitch up amongst the trees in our Old Orchard! We are delighted to welcome tent campers and small caravans/motorhomes which do not require electric or hardstandings. In the summer months our Cider Shack is also available to book: a small one bedroom hut in the Old Orchard.
Yew Tree Inn Caravan Site
A well-equipped caravan and motorhome site adjacent to the Yew Tree Inn’s pub garden.
Our adult-only site is in a rural location yet easily accessible from the M50 and A49. We are open 12 months of the year. We have 8 hardstanding pitches available with electric hookups, as well as lovely heated unisex toilet and shower facilities and a chemical and grey waste disposal area.

Abode at Wellsbrook Barn is an attached private annexe on a quiet lane. The property is all on one level accessed by 3 stone steps. It is dog friendly accommodation. The rooms are all a good size with the added bonus of a bath. The kitchen, bathroom and living area has everything you will need. Outdoor seating is provided and is especially sunny and peaceful in the evenings. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to Broome Farm and a 10 minute walk to the Yew Tree Inn from this accommodation.
Blues Hut – AirBnB
A secluded and self catering log cabin set in a beautiful 2 1/2 acre garden.
The Blues Hut has 3 rooms plus shower room and is ideal for one or two couples, or a family party. The living room with kitchenette has everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy food. The master bedroom has a hand made king size bed with a luxury Harrison mattress. The third room doubles as a living or bedroom space. The ‘Pig Pen’ is now an outside dining room and there’s a stove for cooking pizzas or doing a barbecue, or just to light and sit by as the evening draws in. The Blues Hut backs onto Broome Farm. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Yew Tree Inn from this accommodation.
St Fiacres Retreat – AirBnB
A secluded and self catering log cabin set in a beautiful 2 1/2 acre garden.
St Fiacres Retreat has 2 rooms plus wet room and an entrance lobby. The kitchen and living area has everything you’ll need to prepare and enjoy food. There’s a full sized electric oven with 4 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, and all utensils are provided. There is also a washing machine and gas central heating and hot water. The bedroom has a king size bed with a luxury Hypnos mattress. Book together with The Blues Hut for groups of up to 7. St Fiacre’s Retreat backs onto Broome Farm. It is approximately a 10 minute walk to the Yew Tree Inn from this accommodation.
Shepherd’s Hut – AirBnB
A romantic stay for two nestled on the fringe of Broome Farm.
The hut contains a lovely double bed with all bed linen provided, plus two dressing gowns and a shelf of books for you to discover at your leisure. Kitchen and bathroom facilities are located in the annexe, just a short step away from your Shepherd’s hut bedroom. Your own fitted kitchenette, with a large fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, toaster, coffee machine plus a beautifully fitted shower room with a walk in shower. The Shepherd’s Hut is on the edge of Broome Farm. It is approximately a 5 minute walk to the Yew Tree Inn from this accommodation.
